App troubleshooting and repair

If an application is no longer working, is encountering an error, or is simply failing to start, in most cases it is possible to repair and get it back to working the way you want or need it to. Apps can be anything from your web browser i.e Safari / Google Chrome, to your Email, Zoom or Skype.

Operating system reload

The core of any device is its Operating system, the most common being Windows and Apple MacOs. Sometimes it is necessary to reinstall these to fix issues or simply to free storage of left over data from past versions, which in some cases can increase the performance of an old machine. This process is ill advised without backing up personal data beforehand to protect against loss.

New computer setup

We can help set up everything you need or want in a new device, help you get it working and looking the way you want it to.

Secure data deletion

In most cases simply deleting data is enough but for some sensitive data, financial or personal records, it may be desirable to ensure the data is deleted completely without the chance for unwanted recovery.

Data backup

Backing up your data is important to secure against loss, but keeping local backups can take up a lot of space and doesn’t protect against device failure. Saving to the cloud or simply an external storage device can provide a great layer of security for your family photos and videos, or anything else you don’t want to lose. If you don’t have your own storage device we are able to provide a suitable one for the additional charge covering the price of the device itself, cost varying on the type and size of storage needed.
